Pro·gres·sion

[pruh-gresh-uhn]  –noun

1. the act of progressing; forward or onward movement.

If you’re not going forward, then which way are you travelling?  Backwards?

For me life is about moving forward, improving, gaining, advancing, developing, evolving, progressing.  I would rather travel further, than sit stagnant, waiting for something to happen.  I need to feel proactive, that something has been gained for the time spent.  Even when things go wrong, I am learning, and therefore I am gaining, progressing.

I can see how people get addicted to aspects of life, I’m addicted to physical activity,  to training, and I’m always looking for signs of improvement.

I hope you’re all out there progressing towards your goals!

Keep you posted,

Ryan
